About

Celeste Norelius, PT, DPT

I’m a board-certified and licensed Physical Therapist with over 10 years experience working exclusively in pediatrics. I began my career at Seattle Children’s Hospital in 2013 where I worked in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. I will forever be grateful for the knowledge gained from working in this setting, and the children and families who allowed me to be a part of their journeys.

In 2021 I became a mom, and relocated from Seattle to Gig Harbor with my family. As a parent, I can relate to the peaks and valleys that come with having littles, navigating work, and everything in between!

Experience and Education

I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy with High Honors in 2013 from the University of St Augustine, San Marcos California. I was also awarded with the Outstanding PT Student award for my graduating class.

Since graduation, I have continued to pursue ongoing education, mentorship, and advanced training in the multiple areas including but not limited to:

  • Newborn and Infant development

  • Torticollis, Plagiocephaly

  • Pediatric Pelvic Floor; Herman and Wallace Institute Level 1 Certification

  • Gait assessment and orthotic/prosthetic management

  • Toe walking

  • DME (durable medical equipment) including wheelchairs, gait devices, and orthotic

My love for learning is life-long and I continue to develop my professional skills in the field of Pediatric PT with annual Evidence-based Continuing Education Courses.

I also strive to pass my enthusiasm on to the next generation of PTs and have supported Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) students in multiple clinical settings as Credentialed Instructor (CI), and as an Adjunct Faculty member.
